Don't end up on the Scrap Heap

With the introduction of the governments new scrappage for cars, now could be the best time to get a new car.

Take for example, you have owned a car that is more than 10 years old, you have owned it for more than 1 and you go to a car showroom (I'm thinking that huge one in Leeds, Yorkshire) and want to buy a new car, with the new scrappage fee you can effectivly get money off your new car by trading in your old car under the new scrappage plans, good deal all round.
